Legal Agreement for Using idiibi PMS Services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using idiibi Project Management System ("idiibi PMS", "the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and idiibi Technologies.
đŗ 4. Subscription & Payment
Subscription Plans:
- Professional Plan: 1,000 LE/month or 12,000 LE/year
- VIP Plan: 5,000 LE/month or 50,000 LE/year
Payment Terms:
- All fees are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP/LE)
- Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refund Policy:
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
- No refunds for partial months or early cancellation
- Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket

đĢ 5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the system
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Scrape or crawl the platform without permission
- Exceed usage limits defined in your subscription plan
Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.
âī¸ 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- idiibi Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or third-party actions
- Service interruptions, bugs, or downtime do not constitute grounds for refund beyond our SLA
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
đ 9. Account Termination
By You:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You can request full account deletion via support ticket
By Us:
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms and Conditions
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your payment fails or account is in arrears
- We are required to do so by law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt:
- Any disputes will be subject to Egyptian jurisdiction
- Legal proceedings must be conducted in Egyptian courts
- Egyptian law applies regardless of your location
đ 12. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time:
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
- The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision
- Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance
